Responsibilities: • Develop and implement strategic plans and objectives to promote economic growth and community development. • Represent the organization in public events, meetings, and with stakeholders to enhance the Chamber's visibility and credibility. • Oversee budgeting and financial management to ensure the Chamber operates within its financial guidelines. • Lead and manage staff to foster a positive and productive work environment. • Collaborate with the board of directors to align organizational goals and initiatives with the Chamber's mission and vision. Qualifications: • Experience in business administration, nonprofit management, public administration, or a related field. • Proven track record in customer service and public relations. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong strategic planning and decision-making abilities. • Demonstrated success in managing budgets and driving organizational growth. Compensation: $35,000 - $45,000 yearly
