Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead daily site operations, ensuring meticulous attention to service, operational efficiency, and site appearance.
• Propel sales growth and profitability by crafting strategic initiatives that optimize operations and remove obstacles.
• Cultivate a team of up to 20 professionals, providing rich onboarding experiences, continuous performance feedback, and abundant development opportunities.
• Embrace and champion change, displaying agile leadership to navigate through diverse operational demands.
• Prudently manage site finances, engaging in thorough analysis and informed decision-making to achieve business objectives outlined in the P&L.
• Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performance team that reflects Tommy’s commitment to service excellence within an engaging work culture.
• Uphold rigorous safety standards, conducting regular site inspections and maintaining optimal functionality and aesthetic appeal through diligent equipment upkeep.
• Address customer concerns with empathy and professionalism, consistently prioritizing unparalleled service quality.
• Fulfill the "Manager on Duty" role when required, providing immediate solutions to operational and personnel challenges.

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of managerial expertise, ideally within a customer-centric environment.
• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED; additional education will be considered an asset.
• Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written.
• Demonstrated ability in problem-solving, multitasking, and elevating team performance.
• Technological adeptness, including familiarity with POS systems and common software applications.
