    Job Description

    WHAT THIS JOB ENTAILS: 

    As an Employee Experience Partner, you are a Brand Ambassador for Astreya. You will help create and maintain a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace. Through a series of cross-functional partnerships, the Employee Experience Partner will reinforce our culture through meaningful employee engagement programs including employee surveys, recognition, mentorship, alumni programs, social advocacy, employee giving/volunteering, wellness, DE&I, role clarity, and career development.  

    Under the guidance of the Director of Employee Experience, you will partner closely with various teams and leaders across the organization in the following areas:

    ●    Visit site locations where employees are assigned and work with them to ensure that they are properly on-boarded (e.g., understand Astreya processes and procedures as well as the client’s) and embrace Astreya’s culture.  ●    Assist new employees in building business knowledge and relationships across the company. ●    Integrate the core vision and values throughout the onboarding experience in a cohesive and engaging way. ●    Collaborate with HR Business Partners, the Talent Development team, and cross functional partners to drive efficiencies in communication, engagement, and administrative processes/tasks. ●    Research and implement best practices for engaging remote and distributed employees. ●    Develop a method to gather feedback from employees after programs/events and implement this feedback into future planning. ●    Partner with the internal communications team to ensure employees are aware and knowledgeable about belonging initiatives and events. ●    Gather and deliver employee stories to publish both internally and externally. ●    Coordinate swag, gifts, and other amenities and perks. ●    Performs additional duties and special projects as assigned.

    Requirements ●    Bachelor’s degree required   ●    3-5 years of experience in a human resources role, preferably in an operations, talent development, or talent acquisition role. ●    Strong project management skills; must be able to see a project through and develop timelines and keep teams on-track. ●    Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to communicate in a professional, positive, courteous manner, with all levels of employees. ●    Proven ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with others. ●    Proven collaborator with the ability to rally multiple resources to accomplish goals. ●    Technical proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Docs) as well as savvy with social media platforms (e.g., Twitter, Facebook) are required. ●    25% travel will be required.  The role will be hybrid (work from home, work from client sites and/or work from the corporate headquarters)
