    Position Overview:

    As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office. You will provide administrative support to various departments and executives, assisting with tasks such as scheduling, correspondence, data entry, and document management. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage and maintain executives' schedules, including arranging appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
    • Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings, including preparing meeting agendas, materials, and taking minutes when necessary.
    • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
    • Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and data analysis as needed.
    • Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
    • Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies, and verifying receipt of supplies.
    • Assist in the organization and coordination of office events, such as team meetings or celebrations.
    • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
