    Wipro Givon USA has an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Tool Crib Attendant to join our team. This position is responsible for the control, distribution, tracking, and maintenance of tooling, equipment, and consumables used in manufacturing operations. This role ensures that production teams have the right tools at the right time while maintaining accurate inventory, compliance with company standards, and support for continuous improvement initiatives.

    Abilities - Are you a good fit:

    · High school diploma or equivalent required · 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or tool crib environment preferred

    · Aerospace or CNC machining environment strongly preferred · Familiarity with cutting tools, measuring devices, and shop equipment

    · Experience with ERP systems (Epicor preferred) or inventory tracking systems

    · Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills

    · Basic computer skills (Excel, inventory systems)

    · Ability to read basic technical documents and tool specifications

    Job Duties and Responsibilities - What will you do daily:

    · Issue and receive tools, equipment, and supplies to authorized personnel

    · Maintain accurate records of tool usage, calibration status, and location

    · Ensure proper identification, tagging, and storage of all tools · Monitor tool crib inventory levels, including consumables (cutting tools, inserts, PPE, etc.)

    · Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy in ERP system

    · Initiate reorders and coordinate with purchasing to prevent stockouts · Track calibration schedules and remove out-of-calibration tools from circulation

    · Coordinate repair, replacement, or sharpening of tools

    · Ensure compliance with quality and aerospace standards

    · Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient tool crib in alignment with 5S principles

    · Optimize storage systems for accessibility and efficiency

    · Support machinists, assembly technicians, and engineers with tooling needs

    · Identify opportunities to improve tooling availability and reduce downtime

    · Assist in tooling setup kits for jobs when applicable

    · Maintain accurate logs and documentation for audits (ISO, AS9100, etc.)

    · Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and ITAR requirements
