    • Perform extensive die maintenance such as rebuilding die sections, retiming pads and forms, and engineering changes on all types of dies.
    • Directs training of workers to improve department performance
    • Maintains and upgrades fixtures and gauges
    • Maintain tool improvement program that is data driven and successful in providing ongoing improvement related to tool & die performance
    • Examines standard or previously used dies, tools, jigs, and fixtures to recommend design modifications regarding construction and function of part.
    • Determine specifications for inspection of work, using full range of precision measuring and gauging tools to perform inspection before, during, and after machining
    • Demonstrate good short & long-term decision making in: press room troubleshooting, diagnosis of problem and courses of action, tool room repair and maintenance work, tool room machining practices, program timing, meeting deadlines

    This full-time, hourly role is a part of our Maintenance team and reports to the Maintenance Manager.

    Required experience:

    • 7+ years experience in Tool & Die (Journey worker card preferred)
    • Automotive manufacturing experience required
    • Previous leadership preferred

  • Qualifications
    • Graduate of an accredited doctorate program in the field of pharmacology (Pharm.D), preferably with an accredited Ambulatory Care residency, or other equivalent experience demonstrating competency. Graduate of an Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) accredited College or School of Pharmacy with a baccalaureate degree in pharmacy (BS Pharmacy) and/or a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree. 
    • Current CA state unrestricted license as a Clinical Pharmacist. Must comply with all state requirements and regulations.
    • Retain current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)/ Basic Life Support (BLS).
    • Ability to communicate orally and in writing to persuade and influence clinical and management decisions.
    • Expert understanding of regulatory and quality standards for their program area.
    • Ability to solve problems, coordinate and organize responsibilities to maximize outcomes in their program area or area of clinical expertise.
    • Expert knowledge of a specialized area of clinical pharmacy practice or specialty area of pharmacy.
    • Advanced skill in monitoring and assessing the outcome of drug therapies, including physical assessment and interpretation of laboratory and other diagnostic parameters.
