We’re seeking both full-time and part-time professionals to help craft the tools and dies that keep our production running smoothly.

What You’ll Do:

• Build, repair, and maintain precision tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures

• Operate equipment including lathes, milling machines, and grinders

• Interpret blueprints, sketches, and CAD files with accuracy

• Perform precise measurements and quality inspections

• Work closely with engineering and production to improve processes

• Troubleshoot tooling and die issues to reduce downtime

• Keep your work area safe, clean, and organized

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in tool and die making or a related role

• Skilled in operating manual and automated machine tools

• Strong knowledge of technical drawings and CAD

• High attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills

• Team player with the ability to work independently

• High school diploma or equivalent (technical certification or apprenticeship preferred)
