Marlboro Manufacturing a leader in continuous hinge manufacturing is looking for a full-time manual machinist or tool and die maker. We work day shift only. Full-time will include 4-10 hour days Monday through Thursday (days) with overtime on Friday as required.

Responsibilities:

Set-up and operate vertical mills, manual lathes, surface grinders, drill presses, and other equipment associated with tool and die maintenance.

Machine parts to precision tolerances.

Read blue prints to set-up machine shop equipment.

Die repair, trouble shoot and changeover of progressive dies ,blank dies and form dies.

Lays out metal stock, set up and operate machine tools assembles parts for metal working dies.

Requirements:

Attention to details.

Previous experience in machinery or other related fields preferred.

Familiar with machine tools and equipment such as gauges, calipers and micrometers.

Ability to read blue prints and other technical drawings.

Ability to work independently to complete projects.
