Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ability to run a CNC Lathes.
- Read and interpret blueprints.
- Determine tooling requirements, setup procedures and control settings.
- Monitor while machining and adjust speeds and feeds accordingly.
- Enter program commands in machine controller or retrieves preprogrammed code
- Manually adjusts machine controls to prevent out-of-tolerance machining.
- Ability to recommend production improvement methods, equipment performance, and quality of product to CNC Foreman and Plant Manager
- Monitor and maintain proper cleanliness of machine and work area daily.
Up to $10,000 sign on bonus - based on experience
Skills and experience required:
- Ability to machine various metals of various grades, hardness, shapes, and conditions from simple to complex
- 5+ years of CNC Machining experience.
- CNC Horizontal Lathe experience is required.
- Must be able to perform machine setups on CNC Lathes with little to no suppervision.
- Lift materials up to 50 pounds.

- $3.00 per hour shift premium for 2nd shift
Schedule:
1st shift is Monday to Friday 7:00am to 4:30pm (flexibility with start and end times)
2nd shift is Monday to Friday 3:30pm to 1:00am (flexibility with start or end times) OR
2nd shift is Monday to Thursday 2:30pm to 2:00am (flexibility with start and end times)
Salary info:
$23 - $40 / hr
