Victory Tool is a modern, growing Tool & Die shop in Anoka, Minnesota specializing in progressive metal stamping dies. We’re looking for an experienced Toolmaker who takes ownership, solves problems, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-skill environment.

What You’ll Do

• Build, assemble, and fit progressive stamping dies from start to finish
• Troubleshoot and debug tools
• Perform die maintenance, repair, and engineering changes
• Work closely with designers, programmers, and CNC machinists
• Operate manual mills, lathes, surface grinders, and other toolroom equipment
• Ensure tight tolerances and high-quality standards are consistently met
• Support continuous improvement in tool build processes
• Be part of a team of experienced toolmakers and interns
• Follow Toolroom Manager instructions and production priorities

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years building stamping metal dies experience (progressive die experience preferred)
• Strong blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Experience trying out dies in production presses
• High attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
• Team-first mindset with strong problem-solving ability
