    Top 3 team in the DMV is looking for a Real Estate listing and marketing coordinator to join our tight-knit team of real estate professionals in their efforts to build the best brands. The ideal candidate is adept at coordinating and implementing listing and marketing communication projects with responsibilities in social media, public relations, search marketing, advertising, and brand promotion. Also have a vast knowledge of the listing agreements, MLS, ShowingTime, and copywriting. Responsibilities: • Consistently update all website content so it is fresh and current • Oversee all-new community launches and develop campaigns and signage to entice potential buyers • Create, deliver and edit marketing materials and advertising campaigns that are effective and timely • Develop branded marketing materials such as social posts, blogs, and web copy that is professional and well-written • Oversee website, mailing lists, analytics, and SEO to ensure content is regularly updated with the most recent information • Play a key role on the marketing team in advising on and contributing to digital, advertising, and marketing strategies • Consult with agents daily to identify their marketing needs and help them execute tactics to deliver on those needs successfully and efficiently • Implement pre-marketing tasks such as scheduling photos, floor plans, and staging • Ensuring a lockbox/sentrilock and correct signs and riders on properties • Entering new listings into Bright MLS and setting up ShowingTime Qualifications: Licensed in real estate or is pursuing a license • 2+ years of experience in Marketing • Encourages and is open to innovative ideas and suggestions • Must exhibit a strong understanding of latest marketing trends • Must be driven with strong communication and project management skills • Experience working in real estate marketing, and/or at a luxury brand a big plus • Strong working knowledge of creative programs such as InDesign and Photoshop preferred Compensation: $50,000
