Title: Area Sales Manager - Dermatology Laser Products

Territory: Michigan

Company: Leading global aesthetic laser device manufacturer, with a robust portfolio of devices that provide high-tech results for dermatologists, women's health professionals, aesthetic professionals, and their patients.

Description:

• Selling Capital equipment - Aesthetic Lasers.
• Full territory management from cold calling, new business development, and closing deals.
• Help junior sales reps on team close deal they bring in.
• Work with internal team members to maximize account training and ongoing account management.
• Travel regularly throughout territory to identify and prospect new leads
• Report to Regional Sales Manager

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience in the Aesthetic Industry or other Laser medical device sales in physician offices.
• Ability to travel 60% of the time.
• Proven sales success in previous sales roles.
• Hunter mentality willing to consistently prospect new business

Compensation: 60k-80k+ base (DOE), 300-400k FYE uncapped, Company Car, Expenses, and great medical benefits. Internal growth opportunities long term, and top performers earn over $500k annually
