Title: Sales Representative
Territory: Minneapolis or Des Moines Based (To Cover MN, WI, SD, ND, WY, MT, ID, IA, KS, NE)
Company: Leading U.S. based manufacturer and marketers if re-useable textile and acute care products.
Description:
- Learn & understand the Acute Care product portfolio & be prepared to present these products & services to your customers. In addition, demonstrate the ability to understand & communicate the mission statement and corporate message of “Safe & Comfortable”.
- Work with your manager to establish territory goals, objectives & strategies that will produce expected sales & gross profit growth. Should be able to demonstrate a complete understanding of your sales territory including all accounts, competition, GPO’s, Distributor’s & associations.
- Establish and cultivate a pipeline of new sales opportunities in the territory. Daily sales activities should include calls made to Hospitals, Government facilities & Surgery Centers. To be successful, the majority of those calls being clinical end user calls.
- Maintain an overall positive attitude, be professional at all times, be respectful with your customers as well as your teammates & support the strategies.
Requirements:
- 1-5 years of Professional Medical Sales Experience or 3-5 B2B Sales Experience.
- Four-Year Degree
- Ability and understanding of travel within territory
Compensation:
Base salary 85K DOE, commissions paid monthly. Total at plan compensation is $120k. your first year. Plus health/dental + Car allowance + 401K
