Company: Cutting edge technology-based medical company with exclusive distribution rights to numerous products is building a specialized national team.
Description:
- Responsible for directing the development of marketing strategy, implementation, and control of marketing programs to maintain and increase market share and profits.
- Manage, build, and mentor team of direct reports that own responsibility for, tactical execution, insight generation, and collaboration with business partners.
- Create and oversee metrics to ensure organization is successfully meeting targets and objectives.
- Provide prioritization and support for tactical requests from sales and operations.
- Oversee the development and implementation of a tactical plan and the appropriate agency management.
- Direct trade show activities to manage booth activities in coordination with the trade show and conventions team.
Requirements:
- 10+ years’ experience in marketing, growth marketing, and product marketing with 5+ years’ experience in biologics.
- Senior marketing leadership at a large company selling similar products.
- Significant organizational and project management experience.
- Solid strategic, analytical, and decision-making experience.
- Proven experience and success across all disciplines of marketing (product, branding, strategy, social media, communications, business development).
- Expertise in brand tracking, qualitative and quantitative research, creative testing, campaign analysis, and leading a roadmap of insights-driven brand marketing.
- Understanding of media performance by channel and ability to provide clear objectives and success measures linked to the overall business objectives
- ROI-driven approach to marketing and a strong attention to detail.
- Clear, effective communication skills and experience in a collaborative, transparent, and hands-on environment.
- Good eye for design and creative assets.
- Proven performance in developing and executing strategies that deliver wins for the customer and the company.

- Bachelor’s degree is required. A relevant graduate degree is preferred.
