Seeking an AI/ML Cloud Architect responsible for the architecture & design of AI services in a distributed SaaS multi-tenant, layered event-driven microservices system. Systems are 24/7 & globally distributed. You'd be closely involved with creative & ground-breaking product design & development. Collaborate with other architects, designers, implementation & test teams to build reliable applications & operations. (Hybrid-3 days onsite/2 days remote) ***Must currently be authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future Responsibilities: • Explore and architect generative and multimodal AI models for conversational AI applied to contact center apps in the Cloud involving language/image/audio/video processing • Conduct research to stay up to date with the latest advancements in generative AI, machine learning, and deep learning techniques, and identify opportunities for integrating into our products & services • Enable a cloud-native solution that is reliable, scalable & secure • Successfully articulate architectural ideas and present them to various stakeholders • Lead the technical team to ensure compliance with architectural standards • Create & implement POC to validate architecture decisions • Ability to work under tight deadlines & respond to dynamic technical challenges • Align business & technical leaders across the solution with strong architecture inputs • Active participation in architecture/design & code reviews • Provide technical leadership & mentor staff • Develop & maintain documentation for the design & solution involving Cloud-native AI technologies Experience: • At least 3 yrs. exp. architecting & implementing generative and multimodal AI models and framework in large scale environments • At least 5 yrs. exp. in architecting distributed cloud-native applications • At least 10 yrs. of software development exp. Skills: • Deep understanding and experience in Generative and Multimodal AI models utilizing state-of-the-art techniques such as GPT (ChatGPT), VAE, and GANs • Exp. with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs) • Exp. with AI pipelines, AIOps, GPU architecture & optimization including data preprocessing, feature extraction, model training & evaluation • Proficient with Python and experience with libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras • Expertise with Software as a Service (SaaS) & associated technologies • Familiarity with Kubernetes and Docker • Familiarity with Cloud infrastructure & platforms-Azure /GCP/AWS • Exp. in architecting solutions for public, private, hybrid, and multi-tenant environments • Excellent knowledge in architecting, designing, development, and integration of real-time communication applications • Excellent written and oral communication • Support the establishment of DevOps/SRE culture and methodologies within the organization • Collaboration with other Solution Architects & remote teams.
