Job Description

Currently, our client seeking an Inside Sales / Customer Support at a Japanese Biotech company located in Seattle, WA area. The ideal candidate must have experience in biotechnology or scientific discipline.

POSITION: Inside Sales / Customer Support

INDUSTRY: Japanese Biotech Company

LOCATION: Seattle, WA area

LANGUAGES: English is MUST and Japanese language plus

PAY: $40-60k (DOE)

STATUS: Direct Hire

DUTIES

• Managing assists in sales, marketing, and customer support.
• Providing client supports such as answering questions, complaints, and follow-up.
• Arranging shipments such as labels, assemble packages with QuickBooks.
• Performing multi-tasks around the small office.
• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 1 year experience in the biotechnology field
• A bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline (such as immunology or biology) is required.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality and time management skills
• Good communication skills and customer service
• Work experience in the office environment
• Ability to multitask, flexibility, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint QuickBooks, and Salesforce.
