TITLE: JAPANESE BILINGUAL RECRUITER - ENTRY LEVEL INDUSTRY: Service/HR LOCATION: Houston TX (Hybrid and Remote is also optional) LANGUAGE: Japanese / English Bilingual SALARY: $DOE HIRING STYLE: Direct Hiring / Full time Entry level welcome. Training will be provided.

JOB DUTIES:

• Actively search for new recruiting opportunities and make suggestions to the team
• Post available positions on the Internet to increase the available candidate pool
• Screen qualified candidates by understanding Clients' needs for hiring
• Placement coordination (presenting candidates, coordinate interviews, conducting reference and background checks, and other necessary communication with clients and candidates)

QUALIFICATION:

• Japanese English bilingual fluency
• Work experience in Japan or working in Japanese company is a big plus
• Customer interaction skill and computer skill is required
