【Japanese Bilingual IT Infrastructure Support Engineer (Junior Level) #28414】

< Requirements >

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science related fields or equivalent experience.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Japanese.

• Experience and knowledge in Network, Server, Cloud Computing, Router, Server Load Balancer, Storage, etc. is preferred.

• Must be able to work 9 Hours per day (7:00AM-5:00PM or 6:00AM-4:00PM) + Sometimes Saturday and/or Sunday with compensatory days off.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States. (No visa sponsorship will be provided)

< Main Responsibilities >

• Act as a liaison and support clients in Japan by resolving technical issues or business problems.

• Execute the day-to-day operation based on system conditions, especially by dealing with system changes.

• Provide technical solutions to clients in Japan.
