International Software Company ( Videogame Publisher ) is looking for Operation Coordinator to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

Position: Operation Coordinator 

Location: Santa Ana, CA 

Status: Full time / Direct Hire, Hybrid Work: a few times a month in the office 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee manufacturing and delivery of physical items

• Purchase goods for sale, perform all necessary tasks to assure goods

• Acquire quotes, manufacturing schedule, and logistics schedule to meet delivery deadlines

• Support internal project planning meetings

• Inventory management

• Any support duties as assigned Qualifications 

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

• Time management skills • Planning and organizing skills

• Japanese language skill preferred

• Detail-oriented, team player

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office/ Excel

• Interested in working in Video Game Industry
