Our client, a Japanese electronics products manufacturer, is looking for a customer service / Sales support admin to join their team
Title: Sales Support Administrator
Industry: Electronics Manufacturing
QUALIFICATIONS:
2 + years of inside sales / sales support/ admin asssitant or related experience
Good working knowledge of excel and Microsoft office
Knowledge with ERP systems a big plus
College degree is preferred
Excellent communication skills
JOB DUTIES:
Process sales orders in the system accurately
Set up new accounts and input pricing and product info
Ensure all shipping documentations are completed and work with parties to ensure deliver of products
Respond to customer inquiries
Support sales and accounting team by ensuring documents have accurate information
Provide inventory purchase support by minimizing inventory cost, cross selling
Order on time quantity of products
Provide sales support to customers, support their feedback and work to improve customer experience
