JOB DESCRIPTION

We are currently seeking a charismatic Japanese and English Bilingual Financial Analyst for a chemical group to join their team in San Jose area! The ideal candidate will have 5 to 10 years of Financial Analyst experience in an international Japanese business setting and thrives at becoming a liaison between US and Japan departments.

POSITION: Financial Analyst

INDUSTRY: Chemical

LOCATION: Morgan Hill, CA / San Jose area, CA

LANGUAGES: Japanese and English a MUST

PAY: $100-150K (Depending on your experience)

STATUS: Full time + Excellent benefits

DUTIES

·         Analyzing current and past financial data and performance

·         Preparing reports and projections based on this analysis

·         Evaluating current capital expenditures and depreciation

·         Exploring investment opportunities

·         Establishing and evaluating profit plans

·         Identifying trends in financial performance and providing recommendations for improvement

·         Coordinating with other members of the finance team to review financial information and forecasts

·         Providing financial models and forecasting

·         Supporting Japanese experts in regard to their salary correspondences

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in related field strongly preferred
• Japanese and English language proficiency at the business level is a MUST
• 5 to 10 years of financial analytical experience at a major Japanese corporation
• Understand how to communicate and work efficiently with Japan HQ in terms of reporting financial matters
• Proficient in MS Excel
