Our client, a Japanese Electronics Corporation, is looking for a JAPANESE BILINGUAL ADMIN / SALES ASSISTANT (ENTRY LEVEL) in San Jose, CA area. College grad in 2022 is also welcome. Training will be provided. JAPANESE BILINGUAL SKILL IS A HUGE PLUS.

Title: JAPANESE BILINGUAL ADMIN / SALES ASSISTANT - ENTRY LEVEL Location: San Jose, CA / San Francisco Bay area Industry: Japanese Electronics Corporation Salary: 50-60K depends on your experience Language: Japanese and English is must THIS IS A HYBRID POSITION.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bilingual Japanese/English is a plus.
• High School Diploma or G.E.D. and two years’ experience in a similar position.

JOB DUTIES:

• Sales support activities
• General order sales activities
• Product import / export processing, invoice issuance
• Prompt response to troubles and complaints and support for improvement
• Support for new quotations, contracts, orders, delivery date management, prototype follow-up
