• Managing multiple large projects
• Client/Business Retention
• track financial goals – scope schedule, and budget.
• monitoring staff in the office, setting career goals and providing employee evaluations.
• Interview/Coordinate new hires

What Experience must you have?

• Min 5 Years’ experience in Project Management in a client facing role
• P.E. Certification strongly preferred.
• 10 yrs.+ Bridge Engineering experience.
• People Management experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or similar field
