    The Role (What You'll Do):**

    • ****Run a phone-first, consultative sale : discover needs, educate, and guide clients into the right tax relief program.
    • Work a steady flow of inbound leads (no cold calling) with a clear, repeatable 3-step process.
    • Drive activity and outcomes on a buzzing sales floor with real-time coaching and leadership support.
    • Partner with Case Management and EAs for seamless handoffs and long-term client success.

    What We're Looking For (Must-Haves):

    • **** Coachable & competitive: you take feedback, adjust fast, and want to be #1 on the board.
    • Documented closing history : Presidents Club, top-20%, or consistent 100%+ to quota (bring receipts).
    • Phone-savvy communicator with empathy, urgency, and strong follow-through.
    • Resilient during ramp : you stick it out, stay hungry, and keep learning.
    • CRM fluency (notes, pipeline hygiene) and basic Excel/Docs competence.
    • In-office only : reliable commute to our Irvine location.

    • Home Services: Inside/Outside Sales (Roofing), Pest Control Sales
    • Financial/Tax: Debt Settlement, Tax Relief sales experience (big plus)
