Key Responsibilities:

• Build a profitable book of business and achieve sales goals with a sense of urgency
• Generate leads and contact new and existing prospects through cold calling, emailing, networking, and referrals
• Build strong relationships with customers and carriers through effective communication and provide efficient solutions to meet their needs
• Stay updated on spot markets and trends to provide competitive quotes to customers and prospects

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 3+ years of experience in logistics, freight brokerage, or a related industry
• Proven track record in building and maintaining a book of business
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
• Knowledge of spot markets and industry trends
• Self-motivated and driven to exceed sales targets
• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
• *Previous success working remotely (if applicable)

Benefits:

• Bonus: Commissions on top of the base, scaling 5%-15% between $1-$40K+ on billed
• Additional 1st-year bonuses available for achieving specific GP targets
