Key Responsibilities:
- Build a profitable book of business and achieve sales goals with a sense of urgency
- Generate leads and contact new and existing prospects through cold calling, emailing, networking, and referrals
- Build strong relationships with customers and carriers through effective communication and provide efficient solutions to meet their needs
- Stay updated on spot markets and trends to provide competitive quotes to customers and prospects
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 3+ years of experience in logistics, freight brokerage, or a related industry
- Proven track record in building and maintaining a book of business
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
- Knowledge of spot markets and industry trends
- Self-motivated and driven to exceed sales targets
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
- *Previous success working remotely (if applicable)
Benefits:
- Bonus: Commissions on top of the base, scaling 5%-15% between $1-$40K+ on billed
- Additional 1st-year bonuses available for achieving specific GP targets
