Remote Sales Executive

They are looking to expand their staff of remote Sales Executives and this is where you come in! As a Remote Sales Executive, you will develop a sales funnel as you build relationships with shippers, close new deals, and ultimately drive new profitable revenue into the company. Should you bring a book of business with you, you will continue to develop that. You will then work alongside internal personnel to help support the customers that you bring into the company. Job Functions
Drive revenue by on-boarding new clients
Build relationships with prospective clients
Analyze the freight market and establish competitive advantages
Conduct pricing, rate negotiations, and manage RFPs
Track metrics to ensure targets are hit
Stay in touch with the operations team
Analyze client's supply chain for ways to expand service offerings
Actively generates new sales leads converting them to revenue-generating accounts
Travel as needed
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Expertise in Sales
3+ years of experience in 3PL/Logistics sales
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
Familiar with a full sales cycle including closing the deal
Proficient in negotiations
Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
Knowledge of freight brokerage operations is preferred
