Position: Freight Brokerage Sales Representative
Location: Houston, TX
Position type: On-site in Houston; however, will look at remote candidates if they have 6-7 years of experience.
Salary: $50K - $75K based off experience
Commission or Bonus Structure: Tiered with Bounty. See attached.

Job description:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers on a daily basis.
- Manage freight acceptance, fulfill commitments, and identify SPOT opportunities.
- Collaborate with your team to effectively handle load volumes and ensure successful execution.
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of customer accounts, including shipping points and receiving points, to identify potential opportunities.
- Conduct outbound cold calls to generate new leads.
- Close new accounts and upsell existing accounts.
Qualifications:
- Possesses a minimum of 2 years of experience in FTL (Full Truckload) freight brokerage.
- Demonstrates knowledge of pricing and negotiation strategies.
- Has experience with FTL operations, including Dry Van, Reefer, and Flatbed.
- Exhibits leadership qualities to mentor and train new hires.
- Displays strong problem-solving abilities, quick thinking, and sound business judgment.
- Shows high motivation and determination in pursuing and closing business opportunities
