    Job Description

    MUST BANKING AND CREDIT ADMINISTRATION EXPERIENCE, DOWNTOWN (PARKING PAID)

    Admin with responsibility to support Corporate Finance team and liaisons with Credit Administration department in various administrative functions.

    1.           Assist in loan administration and portfolio maintenance, downloading required documents from respective domain sites, and maintaining required documentation in shared drive.

    2.           Complete the syndicated administrative questionnaires and providing needed tax forms to agent banks.

    3.           Maintain credit vault file with credit documentation.

    4.           Complete and ensure the credit checklist is accurate and documentation is filed.

    5.           Comprehension of Algo system to support Corporate Finance team as back up to Credit Analyst for certain administrative roles (SEC and DOC user)

    a.    Uploading any Credit required credit documentation.

    b.    Uploading Security/Collateral Documents; if applicable.

    c.    Checking and maintaining Facility Limits within ALGO.

    d.    Reviewing Sanction Letters for notations on Discrepancy Log

    e.    Finalizing process to Credit Assurance.

    6.           Responsible for creating Transaction Summaries from Credit Approvals.

    7.           Verify client audit confirmations for facility limits and exposures.

    8.           Assist Corporate Finance team with internal and external audit information.

    9.           Assist with application process for NON-KSA SBLCs including obtaining necessary language approvals from HO that require FID input and pricing as needed and work with operations team.

    10.         Preparation of various reports

    a.    Monthly and Quarterly Business Development

    b.    Quarterly Loan Classification

    c.    Monthly Customer Profitability

    d.    Quarterly Concentration Exposure for Federal Reserve.

    11.         Review and file syndicated quarterly covenant compliance certificates and reporting any violations.

    12.         Review weekly Past Due reports and Facility Limits and Expirations to ensure accurate and appropriate department takes any needed action.

    13.         Maintain facility limits within Eximbills with approval from Credit Administration Manager.

    14.         Assist Credit Administration Manager with Agent notifications for syndicated loans, syndication participation issuances, and quarterly fees received.

              Knowledge of Accounting and Finance.

              GENERAL KNOWLEDGE OF STANDBY LETTERS OF CREDIT PREFERRED

              Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Products; Moody’s

              Risk Analysis software experience a plus.

             DEGREE IN FINANCE/ECONOMICS/BUSINESS PREFERRED.

    ·        MUST HAVE BANKING EXPERIENCE

    ·        Strong analytical skills.

    ·        Excellent written and verbal skills.

    ·        Good interpersonal skills, with ability to work in a small office environment.
