    Top Temporaries is looking for a Marketing Associate or Manager who can work full time on a remote/hybrid schedule. This freelance position will offer the right candidate the opportunity to work in a fun, fast paced environment, with a daily exposure to the City's robust art an entertainment landscape. this marketing position work work within the Executives team, with daily contact with the offices Marketing and Communications Designer & Manager, as well as Social Media Manager, and report to the Associate Commissioner of Strategic Initiatives for the Executives Office of Media & Entertainment.

    The preferred candidate for the Marketing Associate/Manager position possesses the following:

    A Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Business or Communications; preferably a Master's degree in Marketing, Business or Communications.

    Knowledge of Marketing and Communications; as well as Social, Traditional and Digital Media, with at least 2 years of experience in the field.

    A passion for NYC's Media and Entertainment industry services.

    A professional, can-do attitude, the ability to multi-task and work against several deadlines, strong written and oral communications skills, and experience with project management.

    The ability to come into the office when needed; however, we are open to a hybrid WFO work schedule.

    The Marketing Associate or Manager will be supporting the team in the following areas:

    Manage both outdoor and digital marketing campaigns on behalf of the agency and agency partners, working with both internal stakeholders (at office and in the ad and external clients, partner festivals and events that the agency supports).

    Manage the process with the creative vendors for the marketing campaigns, making sure all campaign creative materials, payments and contracts are timely, accurate and within the office's guidelines.

    Oversee/help manage the film and digital game marketing campaigns.

    Track ROI of campaigns.

    Depending on the candidate, the role might also involve managing the agency's monthly e-newsletter, updating the office's website and perform other marketing/comms duties as necessary.
