Technology that is quickly becoming the best in the industry!"</p><p>* Veteran, well-respected leadership team &ndash; the President of this group has been with the organization since 2000. </p><p>* Forbes World&rsquo;s Most Innovative Companies (2015), eTail Best in Class (2015), Gartner, Forrester, etc.</p><p>* Tons of trade shows, marketing events, case studies, reference-able customers, etc.</p><p>Official Job Description</p><p>The Director of Sales - East will build upon and lead a world-class revenue generating team. </p><p>This individual will drive new business sales of Marketing Suite offerings by utilizing a successful history of sales, excellent team leadership and managerial skills and a passion for high impact performance to develop the right environment, processes and team that will foster sustained revenue expansion, market share and talent growth in the region. </p><p>The Director will continue to enhance the sales capabilities of the region through proper coaching, leveraging sales / production metrics, collaboration with internal partners and building / execution of a solid sales strategy. </p><p>The ideal candidate will have a strong background in complex Marketing or Technology Sales. In addition to being a strong leader, coach and mentor, they must be an excellent communicator who is highly motivated, passionate, and driven by the challenge of advancing a sales team, increasing sales and meeting / exceeding goals and objectives. </p><p>The successful candidate will also possess a proven ability to plan, forecast, and manage resources.
