ABOUT THE JOB: FUNDER - LOAN PROCESSOR

The Funder is responsible for creating and reviewing documents being sent out to customers and dealers, gathering all of the required documentation required for the final funding of a Loan, and working with 3rd party lending institutions to ensure expedient funding of all transaction. You will be trained to follow funding guidelines and requirements specific to each lender; and be expected to perform follow up calls to get timely receipt of invoices, dealer documents, titles, Customer documents, and Insurance. The Funder is an essential administrative partner and coordinates with multiple departments to help complete funding transactions for our Sales Division.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Generate and review documentation details for accuracy and compliance with company policies, while providing real time updates to our CRM
• Ensure adherence to credit approvals, policies and procedures and established company guidelines
• Review equipment titles for accuracy
• Assist in ancillary tasks such as ordering inspections and GPS installations.
• Follow-up with dealers for required stipulations to be able to complete funding packages
• Maintain open lines of communication with dealers, sales, credit, titling, and funding team members to complete contract packages.
• Communicate at a high level with Account Executives, Sales Managers, and the Funding Department
• Perform other related duties as required

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; Equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable
• Results oriented work ethic and high level of personal initiative
• Extremely detail oriented and conscientious
• Team player with the ability to maintain effective working relationships with co-workers and management
• Adaptable to change
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication, both written and verbal
