TopMark Funding, LLC is looking for a Marketing Specialist to join the marketing team of our exciting, fast-paced, and growing company!

As a Marketing Specialist, your role will focus on providing contributions in many marketing disciplines ranging from creating digital graphic assets for multimedia projects to assisting with inbound lead distribution, email and web design projects, and fielding and routing calls related to various marketing campaigns. As a marketing team contributor, this person must perform various tasks effectively, develop collaborative relationships with team members, use clear communication, and participate heavily in the execution of marketing initiatives. The Marketing Specialist must have professional phone etiquette and be able to provide a polished and positive approach when working to generate marketing leads from inbound calls, responding to live chats, and communicating with the sales team working to assign marketing leads.

This is a “make it happen”, hands-on role that requires a skilled “can do” attitude from a marketing “jack of all trades” with a core strength and high-end skill set in digital graphic design.

The ideal candidate will have a creative mindset with extreme attention to detail, 3+ years of experience in the digital creative space, an understanding of various online marketing and social platforms, and in-depth experience with graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other Adobe Creative Cloud products. This candidate needs to have experience designing digital & print assets such as web and social banner ads, website graphics, print layout and design, audio and video development, and editing. Candidates will be asked to present their portfolio showing graphic design achievements and experience. In addition, the candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, exciting environment.

Responsibilities

• Works as a core member of the marketing team to support creative efforts through digital asset design.
• Assists in creative requests relating to web banners and online promotional assets including social media ads and native ads.
• Handles inbound marketing lead generation through phone calls, emails, and LiveChat.
• Performs marketing lead & application assignment.
• Participates in creative briefing, testing, and brainstorming.
• Executes daily/weekly/monthly creative requests.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Design is preferred.
• 3 years of graphic design experience is preferred.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suites: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
• Motion animation and/or video editing skills.
• WordPress development and management.
• Social Media Marketing
• Microsoft Office Skills – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Salesforce.com Marketing Cloud Account Engagement marketing automation is a plus (if you don't have it yet, come eager to learn it and master it).

This is a full-time in-office position in our Long Beach office located at 1 World Trade Center Suite 2500, Long Beach, CA 90831.

Compensation Range: $50,000 to $65,000 + Bonus Plan
