Marketing Specialist with Industrial Production Experience Location: Maitland, FL Shift: Monday To Friday (9:00-6:00PM) NOT REMOTE Payrate: 60,000 To 87,000 Annually Description: We are seeking a Marketing Professional to join our team! You will be responsible for B2B Marketing ' Laser Cleaning, Cutting, Engraving, and Marking Systems to the Aerospace, Automotive, Military Defense, Nuclear Energy, Shipbuilding Maritime, and Space Exploration industries. Will execute marketing plans for Laser Photonics products and services to our prospects, clients, and partners. As a key member of the Marketing team, you will work directly with internal stakeholders to develop go-to-market strategies for new and existing services. The individual must be highly motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player willing to work in a demanding and dynamic environment. Responsibilities: * Identify direct marketing opportunities * Conduct market analysis to obtain understanding of the competitive landscape and help establish product differentiators * Support sales enablement content and delivery for internal sellers and partners including development of training presentations, cheat sheets, and other resources * Assist in the planning and execution of both internal and external client and prospecting events * Coordinate the schedule of emails/e-blasts * Work with marketing team to develop strategic and tactical marketing plans for specific industries * Responsible for design, content management, and execution of all email marketing collateral * Development and implement innovative marketing campaigns * Building and executing social media strategy through competitive and audience research * Generate Email/Social Media Content * Work closely with the marketing manager to fill any gaps in the team Requirements: * Bachelor's Degree in Marketing (or related field) * Previous experience in Industrial B2B marketing * Experienced with content creation and working with industry publications * Proficient in Adobe Create Cloud Suite * Demonstrated ability using creative design software such as Illustrator, Photoshop, * InDesign, or related products to build sophisticated marketing campaigns * Strong analytical and critical thinking skill * Strong communication and presentation skills * Ability to work well in teams * Experience with email marketing * Experience with social media marketing Drug-Free Workplace / EEOC TopTalent Staffing offers United Healthcare, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
