Head of Sales
The Company is looking for a Head of Sales professional who will be able to manage and oversee the sales operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful sales and company growth. Responsibilities will include designing plans to meet targets, developing relationships with clients/customers, and evaluating costs for selling products.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
- Establish and adjust selling prices by monitoring costs, competition and supply and demand.
- Build and oversee a division of 4 more sales representatives.
- Establishing a sales training program to train new employees.
- Counseling and disciplining sales staff as necessary; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
- Ability to identify and solve client issues strategically.
Requirements:
- Strong proven experience of sales.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
- Good business sense.

- The ability to work calmly under pressure
Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 base DOE, plus generous commission
