    Job Summary:

    The Human Resources Manager manages the day-to-day activities and responsibilities of the Human Resources Department. This is a full-service position, managing HR-related Policies and Procedures, Employee Relations, Compliance, Recruitment, Retention, and everything HR.

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Guides and consults the organization on HR-related laws, requirements, and best practices
    • Ensures compliance with all federal, state, and local laws
    • Develops, in partnership with Operations, internal policies and procedures
    • Aligns HR goals to the organization’s goals
    • Develops, maintains, and improves current HR-related processes
    • Create simple and dynamic process flows for everyday HR-related items
    • Is proactive in identifying issues that need analysis and/or resolution
    • Asks questions for the betterment of the organization, data, and/or produce
    • Learns and becomes the organization’s subject matter expert on the HRIS
    • Supports recruitment efforts to include identifying, supporting agencies and firms
    • Familiar and comfortable with HR functions across various states and locales
    • Ensures work product is accurate and to the highest standard
    • Performing other duties as assigned

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Someone with strong people skills
    • Bilingual (Spanish) required
    • Knowledge of HR Best Practices
    • Must be an active listener, detail-oriented, and highly organized
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
    • Strong leadership qualities
    • Future thinking & transparency
    • Must be able to work as a part of a team and independently
    • Ability to handle stressful situations and manage deadlines
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality
    Salary: $75,000 – $110,000 per year
