Job Summary:
The Human Resources Manager manages the day-to-day activities and responsibilities of the Human Resources Department. This is a full-service position, managing HR-related Policies and Procedures, Employee Relations, Compliance, Recruitment, Retention, and everything HR.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Guides and consults the organization on HR-related laws, requirements, and best practices
- Ensures compliance with all federal, state, and local laws
- Develops, in partnership with Operations, internal policies and procedures
- Aligns HR goals to the organization’s goals
- Develops, maintains, and improves current HR-related processes
- Create simple and dynamic process flows for everyday HR-related items
- Is proactive in identifying issues that need analysis and/or resolution
- Asks questions for the betterment of the organization, data, and/or produce
- Learns and becomes the organization’s subject matter expert on the HRIS
- Supports recruitment efforts to include identifying, supporting agencies and firms
- Familiar and comfortable with HR functions across various states and locales
- Ensures work product is accurate and to the highest standard
- Performing other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements:
- Someone with strong people skills
- Bilingual (Spanish) required
- Knowledge of HR Best Practices
- Must be an active listener, detail-oriented, and highly organized
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Strong leadership qualities

Salary: $75,000 – $110,000 per year
