Job Description
We are seeking an Office Assistant to become a part of our team! You will help plan and facilitate all real estate activities and transactions.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee and coordinate interactions between tenants, supers and vendors
- Answering phone calls and emails for correspondences with tenants
- Conduct property and apartment inspections
- Investigate and resolve tenant complaints
- Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion
- Making sure property rules and regulations are being enforced
- Making reports and filing paperwork
- Applying for and obtaining documents from city and state agencies
- Completing tenant move out walkthrough inspections
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in property management or other related fields a plus
- Familiarity with real estate leases and documents
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Computer skills a must - Word, Excel, Google Docs & Google Sheets
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
