    Job Description

    We are seeking an Office Assistant to become a part of our team! You will help plan and facilitate all real estate activities and transactions.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Oversee and coordinate interactions between tenants, supers and vendors
    • Answering phone calls and emails for correspondences with tenants
    • Conduct property and apartment inspections
    • Investigate and resolve tenant complaints
    • Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion
    • Making sure property rules and regulations are being enforced
    • Making reports and filing paperwork
    • Applying for and obtaining documents from city and state agencies
    • Completing tenant move out walkthrough inspections

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Previous experience in property management or other related fields a plus
    • Familiarity with real estate leases and documents
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Computer skills a must - Word, Excel, Google Docs & Google Sheets
    • Fluency in Spanish is a plus
