Solar Sales Representatives have access to online training platforms that keep them at the top of your game.
We are looking for self-starting motivated, entrepreneurial-minded salespeople that are willing to work hard to establish themselves in the fastest growing industry in America. Our Solar Sales Representatives & Field Representatives go door to door to educate homeowners about their options to save up to 40-60% on their electricity bill. The Solar Sales Representatives' goal is to generate new appointments with interested homeowners via Zoom or In-Person. Although Sales Representatives generate their own sales volume, Topdot has a robust HOT leads generation program.
You must be tenacious and not afraid of speaking to homeowners in person. This is a very important part of this job. You must be willing to break barriers in order to grow mentally free from your comfort zone so you may grow financially. The average solar Solar Sales Representative has the earning potential of between $40k-$250k.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Sales Experience: 1-2 years (preferred)
Bilingual is a plus
JOB DESCRIPTION:
D2D or (B2B) appointment and lead setting
Educating homeowners about the advantages of switching to solar energy and booking appointments.
Set 4-6 appointments per week and generate leads (incentives and bonuses offered)
Solar Sales Representatives are not responsible for installations, permits, or finances. You are simply responsible to maintain a quota of appointments set for prospective homeowners with the Solar Specialists.
