Job Description

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Manufacture and fabricate various products with various finishes (i.e. laminate, solid surface, stone, etc.)
• Read and interpret work orders to ensure accuracy regarding customer requests
• Cut sinkholes, cooktops, backsplashes, etc., to match exact specifications in job notes/drawings
• Shape, trim, sand, and polish various products using powered hand tools and various equipment
• Use job notes to determine a plan for miters, edges, etc.
• Keep work area and common areas clean and orderly
• Other duties as needed

Qualifications

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

• Reliable form of transportation
• Excellent communication skills
• Pleasant, calm demeanor
• Handles constructive criticism well
• Able to read a tape measure
• Willingness to cross-train in different departments

Depending on the position, the employee may be required to work around water. Personal protective equipment is required and provided. Safety training is conducted upon hire.
