POSITION TITLE: Will Call Sales Associate LOCATION: Stockton REPORTS TO: Branch Manager PURPOSE: Enter orders into POS software and pull orders in an EFFICIENT and ACCURATE manner, while always providing excellent customer service. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: • Facilitates sales via phone and walk-in orders. • Make sure the customer receives the correct part and on time, as promised. • Fast learner, will need to learn product and product location. • Attention to detail and follow-through. • Good computer skills. • GREAT communication skills. NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: • Any spare time is spent on organizing the counters, aisles, and shelves. • Other duties as assigned, may be asked by supervisors to perform other duties. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: The following are required to enable jobholders to perform the primary tasks of the job. • Ability to lift 50lbs • Visual acuity, hearing • Speak and Read English EDUCATION: • A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required. • Experience in fields of HVAC is an asset but not required.
