    What you'll do

    • Provide operational support as needed to executives and own operational tasks
    • Automate processes and work with tools like Brex, Jira, Vanta, Stripe, Excel
    • Build and manage a framework for HR practices, including recruiting, onboarding, retention and performance reviews with managers.
    • Manage the day-to-day operations of the virtual office
    • Monitor the company's financial health and provide metrics and analytics
    • Support the company growth through efficiency and positivity as we scale

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's or MBA with minimum 2 years of Experience
    • Driven, needs to be a proactive self starter
    • Prefer experience in HR or Finance
    • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, even better if remote/hybrid
    • English is a must, great if you speak more than 1 language!
    • Strong communication and organizational skills
    • Ability to thrive under pressure and customer facing tasks
