    Topsort is disrupting the ad space by creating easier entry to building your own version of "google ads" and "amazon ads", and also data-driven tools that make the day-to-day operation of ad teams easier.

    We serve customers globally with complex needs and use cases which present fun challenges for. Our customers include loved marketplaces such as fast delivery apps, e-commerce retailers, and community-based marketplaces.

    Our team is global from day 1, yet carries the same mentality of fast-paced growth, high standards for output, and acting collabratively internally and competitive externally.

    What we're looking for:

    We’re looking for a hardworking, smart, curious, and globally-minded Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our go-to-market team. You'll creatively collaborate with colleagues to build pipeline to help Topsort expand market share in the ad tech space.You'll primarily be interacting with the CEOs and Business Owners of retailer and marketplaces, but occasionally a unique prospect will come through and we'd like you to be flexible and resourceful enough to talk to them too.

    What excites you:

    • Partnering with go-to-market colleagues to strategically plan and run pipeline-generating and deal-accelerating campaigns

    • Prospecting and qualifying potential customers, building trust and rapport that result in qualified opportunities

    • Building our sales motion, which is completely untapped and ripe for your prospecting

    • Meeting and exceeding monthly goals both on your own and as part of a team

    • Being an active participant in the development of our remote team

    What excites us:

    • A top performer with experience in marketing, sales, or recruiting (bonus points for B2B tech or previous BDR experience)

    • Proven Track Record in getting leads

    • Bonus point if you're entrepreneurial

    • Motivation to improve our “speed-to-lead” and quickly engage prospects

    • Someone who brings a lot of energy, enthusiasm, and ambition to work

    • Comfort with data hygiene (bonus points for previous experience with Hubspot or Salesforce)

    • A great communicator and know-how to write a good thank you note

    • Self-awareness, self-starter attitude, and receptive to feedback
