Today, Torchy's Tacos operates dozens of locations across multiple states, all with the determination to deliver on our "Damn Good" food promise.     Holy GUACAMOLE:

    We’re looking for talented Shift Leaders who are guest and Team Member focused, committed to providing Damn Good guest service, and show passion for our food and drinks. We want leaders who are motivated and thrive in a high energy, high volume environment. Our Shift Leaders can lead in the Back of the House (BOH), Front of the House (BOH), or both.

    Be BADASS by:

    Working with the Management Team to achieve all operations and guest service measures

    Running Damn Good shifts and supporting the daily operation of the store

    Assisting manager on duty with opening and closing duties

    Managing retail inventory counts

    Handling catering logistics

    Making financial decisions out of respect for our guests and owners

    Overseeing cash handling responsibilities

    Ensuring that we serve great food all the time by writing prep lists and conducting line setups and checks

    Going above and beyond to ensure a positive experience for our guests by solving guest issues, and opportunities, as they arise and conducting table visits throughout the shift

    Actively participating in the Team Member hiring process, training and development

    Checking out Team Members at shift change and closing

    Creating a positive restaurant vibe that supports individuality and our Torchy’s Culture

    Keeping an impressively clean restaurant

    Being an enthusiastic learner, with a great desire to actively solicit and incorporate feedback

    Ensuring compliance with safety, security, quality, and cleanliness standards

    QUE-SO…here’s what you’ll need:

    State alcohol and beverage certification

    Must have reliable personal transportation, a valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance

    Able to work a minimum of 35 hours per week and can work flexible hours necessary to manage and operate the restaurant effectively

    Bilingual proficiency desired

    Competency of basic computer functions
