Today, Torchy's Tacos operates dozens of locations across multiple states, all with the determination to deliver on our "Damn Good" food promise.     Reporting to the Social Media Manager, the Social Media Coordinator is on the front lines of all Torchy’s Tacos customer engagement and communication on digital channels. The individual in this role will be responsible for telling the Torchy’s Tacos story in an engaging way across social networks and the Torchy’s blog, as well as through an ever-expanding network of social influencers.

    What you’ll be doing:

    Facilitate customer relationships throughout corporate platforms including, but not limited to, social/digital platforms, email, and phone correspondence

    Monitor and manage brand across all major social networks and actively mine social conversations for relevant information and opportunities to engage

    Answer social inquiries competently and efficiently to educate, inform, and engage audience

    Collaborate with other areas of the business to procure, curate, and deliver messages to the appropriate party and from the desired channel

    Track guest sentiment and relevance against company initiatives

    Manage high levels of inbound conversations, constantly identifying workflow best practices and efficiencies that scale

    Develop appropriate responses that adhere to customer brand voice requirements and answer inquiries with accuracy and efficiency

    Maintain comprehensive digital communications strategy on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, Snapchat, Youtube, and more

    Attend New Store Openings and assist with social strategy, as needed

    Research and provide analytics to develop and improve social ROI

    Develop and implement approved reach-out initiatives via social media

    Support team in the content creation and planning process

    QUE-SO…here’s what you’ll need:

    BA/BS in marketing or communications-related field preferred

    Minimum 2-3 years of social media management experience. Agency preferred, but not required

    Must be available on weekends and evening hours, as needed

    Excellent writing and communication skills required

    Highly organized with an ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities

    Continued knowledge of industry trends and understands popular social networks – design, functionality, users

    Passionate about the social media space.

    Experience with blogging and long form content

    Experience with paid social preferred, but not required
