    What We’re Looking For:

    The Torchy’s marketing team is looking for a full-time, in-house Graphic Designer to produce design work both external and internal needs. The team member will support the company’s marketing initiatives by creating visual solutions for a variety of materials including collateral, store signage, posters, coupons, flyers, logos, team and brand apparel, and digital and social graphics. The ideal candidate for this role has 3-5 years of relevant experience in a full-time, in-house position with a company or creative agency. Restaurant brand experience is a huge plus, but not required.

    What you’ll be doing:

    Conceptualize and design collateral, store signage, posters, coupons, flyers, logos, team and brand apparel, digital / social graphics and templated print elements for both external and internal use

    Collaborate with the field marketing team to develop local store marketing materials, including design of editable file templates for managing partners

    Take ownership of design projects and communicate with stakeholders effectively on project timelines, design recommendations and brand standard guidelines

    Ensure that visuals, typography, photography, and other aspects of brand creative are consistent across marketing assets

    Assist with creative asset management, file archiving and project tracking

    Contribute to weekly team meetings, external partner/vendor calls and brainstorm sessions

    QUE-SO…here’s what you’ll need:

    3-5 years of full-time, in-house work experience with a company or creative agency (restaurant brand is a plus)

    Portfolio and work samples that show a track record of consistently delivering visually appealing design work, that is relevant and on brand

    Ability to accurately estimate the amount of time and effort required to complete a project, but be flexible with last-minute changes and late additions occasionally on projects

    Solid understanding of the design process from start to finish, including file setup, production and working with outside print shops and vendors

    Advanced knowledge of the latest versions of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and MS Office 365 apps, Teams/Slack and social media platforms. WordPress experience is a plus.

    Self-motivated, proactive, and able to prioritize projects coming in from multiple business units

    Ability to receive constructive criticism on projects and make creative solution recommendations to stakeholders

    Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Positive attitude, patience and a reliable work ethic is a must for this role!

    Experience shooting digital photography and/or video is a plus.
