What you’ll be doing:
Support end-users with IT-related problems in a responsive and service oriented manner
Assist the Director of Technology with project work to grow the technology infrastructure of the organization
Provide orientation and training, under supervision of director, to employees for new or existing technologies
Assists with the maintenance of the Technology inventory system and the installation of all IT equipment at current or new locations
Technical and Admin support for all locations regarding all IT equipment by troubleshoot and problem solve all IT technical issues whenever an issue is presented or contact third parties for support (if necessary)
Perform other related duties as required
QUE-SO…here’s what you’ll need:
7+ years computer and networking experience
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
Ability to communicate technical concepts to employees
Proficiency in Windows and setting up a secure network
Knowledge on installing hardware/software and troubleshooting for Windows and Apple products
Ability to network, install wiring and troubleshoot
Support of all network equipment including; switches, routers and firewalls
Ability to travel to new store openings and current stores; 40% travel
