    Here’s what we need:

    We are looking for a tenacious leader who has a proven track record in successfully leading New Restaurant Opening project efforts to ensure openings are efficient and always improving. Most importantly, that all teams involved in New Restaurant Openings are actively communicating and on the same page.

    What you’ll be doing:

    Responsible for bridging the gap between all departments involved in a new restaurant opening

    Coordinate across multiple teams to move forward on strategic goals while managing dependencies and removing obstacles that stand between the team and business success.

    Defining the scope and responsibility of each department, holding each area accountable for their role in a new restaurant opening

    Project lifecycle including but not limited to: planning, scope definition, execution, and delivery

    Escalating to leadership any asks or issues that need quick resolution

    Develop new restaurant project plans from the ground up complete with budgetary information and resource needs

    Map out complex processes to help prioritization and drive decisions

    Be able to clearly articulate and present project objectives to all stakeholders involved

    Host regular pre and post restaurant opening review meetings with all necessary departments, including Operations, Construction, Technology, Recruiting and Marketing to ensure that all stakeholders are aligned on their role and responsibility for the project of opening new stores

    Deliver timeline communication with transparency and visibility

    QUE-SO…here’s what you’ll need:

    Have regularly attended new restaurant openings and held a leadership position throughout new restaurant openings

    Restaurant or retail new store opening experience a must

    Project management training and certification (e.g., PMP) desired

    Experience: 5 Years or equivalent

    Ability to go outside of your comfort zone to understand needs and challenges of different teams

    You thrive in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment

    Natural leadership ability to communicate changes and get the team on board

    Tenacious in ensuring deliverables are achieved and overcome obstacles to achieve goals

    Ability to travel for new restaurant openings as needed
