    What We’re Looking For:

    The Torchy’s Tacos creative team is looking for a Graphic Designer (part-time contractor) to assist with internal design, template projects and directional store signage. We’re looking for candidates with 2 years of experience in graphic design that can work 10-20 hours a week remotely on both internal & guest-facing projects.

    What you’ll be doing:

    Concept and design internal signage posters, flyers & communication documents

    Design special event menu layouts

    Create impactful creative for social media platforms and understand platform requirements to allow brand to develop creative storytelling

    Collaborate with field marketing team to develop a local store marketing kit

    Design brand templates that can be used for all ad hoc marketing collateral requests

    Assist in the design and development of internal presentation materials as occasionally requested

    Maintain that the brand identity, typography, photography, and other treatments are consistent across marketing assets both internally and externally

    QUE-SO…here’s what you’ll need:

    2 years of start-up or creative agency experience (restaurant business a plus)

    Portfolio & work samples that show a track record of utilizing a brand’s look to create internal signage, documents, templates and/or directional signage

    A solid knowledge of the latest versions of applicable programs: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign & MS Office (Wordpress knowledge a plus)

    Self-motivated and able to prioritize projects coming in from multiple business units

    Well-developed communication skills including ability to articulate creative concepts and rationale using available assets, fonts and branding guidelines

    Ability to accurately estimate the amount of time and effort required to complete a project; open to last-minute changes and additions

    Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment; Ability to receive constructive criticism on projects, ability to make creative solution recommendations
