Torchy’s Tacos is on the hunt for a talented individual who has a passion for analyzing complex internal employee and recruitment data and translating that information in to a clear story for our business partners and leaders.
What you’ll be doing:
Perform research and analysis to prepare reports that show competitive market trends, performance of employees, diversity initiatives, hiring/turnover/retention/exit interview/stay interview metrics and other data as needed.
Creating and tracking performance metrics, generating standardized and ad-hoc operational reporting, and proactively recommending strategic improvements.
Propel recruitment efforts through regular progress reports on team activity and metrics to the People team leaders.
Works with internal teams to analyze assessment reports, to conduct research studies regarding the impact of results on the hiring and employee and organizational development process.
Develops analytical models to drive analytics insights
Presents data insights and recommendations to key stakeholders
Stay current on applicable employment laws
Special project support as needed
QUE-SO…here’s what you’ll need:
3 years of experience in HR analysis
Experience conducting and synthesizing research that includes statistical analysis of a business
Expert Excel skills and in-depth knowledge of Google Drive, and PDF interactive adobe forms
Knowledgeable with using ATS and HRIS systems
Strong process and project management skills
High degree of attention to detail
Knowledge of Human Resources principles and practices
Preferred: Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Information Technology
Preferred: Certificate in business analytics, data mining, or statistical analysis.
