The Torchy's legacy began in Austin, Texas in 2006 with an idea, a dedicated executive chef and a food trailer. Today, Torchy's Tacos operates dozens of locations across multiple states, all with the determination to deliver on our "Damn Good" food promise. What you’ll be doing:
Work side by side with great bartenders and kitchen staff
Deliver all drinks that are being rung in at the cash register and drinks made by the bartenders
Focus on selling drinks, queso, guac or salsa, an extra taco or side dish, a dessert, add on to go purchase, or any retail item
Check on all guests sitting at dining tables to answer questions
Helps facilitate food issues and escalate issues to managers if needed
QUE-SO…here’s what you’ll need:
Basic liquor, beer, and bar terminology knowledge
Provide current TABC and Food Handler certificates
Must be at least 18 years of age.
An outgoing, friendly server, cocktail, or cashier, with six months of service industry experience preferred
Must be able to carry at least 30 lbs.
