Torchy’s Tacos is bringing on a forward-thinking, fast-paced Distribution Manager that is committed to delivering a high degree of accuracy in our supply & food quality, delivery and customer service for our restaurants.

What you’ll be doing:

Primary supply chain contact

For all stores, and distribution and services management companies.

For operations and other departments for distribution and services management.

Maintain open communication with all Market Partners, Managing Partners, stores, internal departments related to distribution matters.

Manage Quality Incident process as related to supplier quality issues

Maintain open communication with all distribution partners related to distribution matters.

Manage supply chain service level performance

Create Distributor Scorecard

Conduct service reviews with distribution companies and service providers to ensure store needs are met.

Manage Distributor Quality Assurance Programs.

Freight management overview of inbound logistics costs

Promotion Management

On Board all new distribution organizations.

Create and maintain master contact list for food distributors, and services companies to include account manager, transportation supervisor by market, accounting and other personnel to be accessible to communicate and correct any issues that may arise.

Communicate and implement new item requirements with distributors.

Provide Senior Director of Supply Chain with weekly updates regarding service, product or other issues related to the product or distribution of products.

QUE-SO…here’s what you’ll need:

7 years supply chain, restaurant organization supply chain management, distributor restaurant account management, or purchasing experience.
